Pet Fees That Protect Your Investment

At Real Property Management Affinity, we enforce a comprehensive pet policy designed to protect the property from unnecessary risk or damage. All tenants are required to complete a pet screening process through PetScreening.com, whether they have a pet, emotional support animal, service animal, or no animal at all.

Our risk-based fee structure includes the following:

  • Pet Rent: $35 to $55 per month, per pet
    This monthly fee is based on the pet’s risk profile as determined by their FIDO Score.
  • Pet Fee: $350 to $550 one-time, per pet
    This is a non-refundable fee charged at move-in to cover general pet-related wear and tear. It is determined by the pet’s risk assessment and is collected upfront.
  • Pet Deposit: $350 to $550 per pet
    This refundable deposit provides additional financial protection against pet-related damage during the lease term. The amount is based on the pet’s FIDO Score.

All fees are tiered according to the FIDO Score provided by PetScreening.com, which evaluates pets using criteria such as breed, age, weight, vaccination records, behavior history, and more.

Emotional support animals and service animals are screened in accordance with federal guidelines. No pet fees or pet rent are charged for verified assistance animals; however, residents are still responsible for any damage caused.
